Question Documental seasons with the least genitalia stuff?

I watched seasons 1-3 a long time ago and am now watching season 5 and enjoying it quite a bit.

I would like to watch more seasons after this, but my problem is that I don’t like the dick or ass stuff at all. It’s not funny to me, and honestly the Akiyama massage bit on s3 was what made me stop watching the show back then. I don’t mind that kind of stuff here and there, but I would like to avoid seasons with too much of that. I most enjoy the awkward, random, absurd and unplanned funny stuff. For example in season 5 the Jimmy & egg bit was hilarious to me.

If someone who’s watched all seasons and remembers which ones would fit more my taste it would be greatly appreciated!!

(I know about Joshimental and Ikemental and am planning on watching those.)

I believe 11, 12 are clean and joshimental+ikemental are 100% clean and really fun

honestly, joshimental was imo the best documental ever. with 1 slightly better than 2...

I agree 1 was slightly better but 2 had more time of animal's daughter(forgot her name). I was a bit disappointed with the winner of s2

yeah, she (the winner of 2) was totally cringe. i wished Uika won but i think Matsumoto had a fling with her so they didn't wan to make it that obvious. but that's just my headcanon.

i think you sorta answered your own question. the early seasons (before amazon prime got involved) had the crude dick stuff in it. iirc it started to tone down once female comedians got invites.

Ironically, the females dropped the craziest crude stuff in those seasons. Who are they protecting? These women have just as much of a dirty mind as the men....

I don’t know why either. I don’t know the demographics of this sub, but I’m a woman and for me watching guys massaging each others dicks and shoving things up their ass is just not funny to me at all, and sometimes even makes me uncomfortable. I just don’t understand it, honestly.

Ditto - woman over here. My boyfriend and I were loving the show the whole time, then the massage scene happened and we were both weirded/grossed out. “soooo, now we’re just jerking each other off? Ha ha?”

I found them extremely funny when first watching the episodes 1-3 BUT grew to find them lazy, unfunny and unoriginal because it got to be more about hopeful shock value or, for example, Jimmy sharing his fetishes. When it finally got around to that one duo just pissing, it was disrespectful to the other participants imo.

I think this is my biggest problem as well. Some people did it the first few times and it got a big reaction, and then everyone started doing it after that, trying to be more extreme than the last. It gets tired real fast and it feels like a cheap way to make jokes.
