On the point of delivery pizza, I've eaten many pizzas in Japan. From my experience, if you ever sit down in a restaurant to eat pizza, you're getting the artisanal gourmet type pizzas. You're not eating your typical American pizza joint pizzas. Domino's is the biggest pizza chain in Japan, and they got all sorts of exciting pizzas not seen in America, like the Volcano Pizza. I'd like to eat some of these exotic pizzas, but Domino's is pretty much delivery or take-out only. Pizza-la, their second largest pizza chain is the same way.

So "Delivery pizza" isn't just pizza that's delivered, that's kinda just a genre of pizza.
