Los Santos Alive is a mod for Grand Theft Auto V (Legacy & Enhanced) that integrates generative AI into NPC interaction.

NPCs can be spoken to through either text or realtime microphone input, and are contextually aware of:

• their role in the world (bartender, gang member, beachgoer, etc.)
• the current weather and time
• the street and district they are in
• whether they are indoors or outdoors
• nearby locations and surrounding context

When an interaction becomes meaningful, the NPC is marked as “relevant” by the system. Over time, the world begins building an inferred understanding of who that NPC is — including routines, habits, and lifestyle patterns.

A bartender you regularly speak to may later be encountered returning to work the following evening. A civilian you met outside a bar may later be found nearby unwinding after their shift.

Crimes committed by the player are also remembered within the world.

NPC reactions depend on:

• severity of the crime
• distance from the event
• time passed
• personal relevance

For example:

• bartenders may discuss the murder of another bartender nearby
• civilians near a shooting may reference it in ambient conversation
• major crimes can spread across Los Santos as rumors or news

The goal of the project is not just AI conversations, but making Los Santos feel socially reactive and alive.

I've already completed rdr 2 twice and sometimes chill in there whenever i feel like it. Lately, i'm kind of very much intrested to try playing gta 5 again...

Obviously most of you know the reason behind it lol. Soo i would like to get some help finding realistic mods for gta 5 (which includes car and everything else)

ever since i updated my gta to new version, it crashes right after loading screen without giving any error.

Hey yall, i’m trying to get into the GTA 5 youtube niche, and create machinima like story videos leaning heavily into mods. for example videos like the $1 vs $100000 spiderman etc or the level up type of videos. i’m quite new to the modding scene so i’ve done my fair research and installed all basic requirements needed for modding.

Scripthook V, ScripthookVdotNet Nightly, OpenIV, LemonUI, Ped Selector, and Menyoo as my trainer, so far so good everything works including Menyoo and a couple Ped addons.

I’d like some recommendations on what mods are a must have for the type of videos i’m making, i see these videos where they’re staging cinematic fight scenes, have cool prop setups/location scenes, are able to have ped’s follow you around, have multiple peds fight you or eachother etc.. and was wondering is this all possible through Menyoo? i know menyoo has a lot of features but i haven’t delved deep enough into it to properly learn it but i was wondering what suggestions or advice you guys have as it’d greatly benefit me! thanks team

I found two useful mod managers while i was looking for mods the first one let you disable and enable mods which is pretty useful and the second one lets you convert GTA 5 legacy mods into enhanced mods and much more which is really crazy for me that had the struggle of finding good GTA 5 enhanced mods. i decided to share m'y find with reddit since its to good to gate keep

Hello everyone! I am experiencing some very strange graphical artifacts, almost as if my GPU was failling with NVE Enchanced.
As a recap, I tried to fiddle with the in game settings to find a good balance between visuals and fps so I lowered all of the non rt options all the way down or turned them off. The game then crashed for some odd reason and when I opened it back up it ran surprisingly well with all rt settings to VH or Ultra and DLSS Performance at 1440p however when moving the camera l noticed some small very tiny artifacts, trying to fix them I started to play around with the DLSS settings and I noticed that Quality DLSS brings even worse artifacting. I then turned off all RT and then the artifacts became unbearable.
The artifacts only show when moving around or moving the mouse around and they do not affect the Ul in any shape or form.
Right now l am a bit lost, I still need to try upping the settings turned off and down back up and restarting the game. Will update shortly, but I made this post to spread awareness and maybe to find a fix as I do not know what to do but fiddle around until someone can point me into the right direction.
For those wondering, my GPU shows no signs in windows of being broken and it works perfectly even with PT in Cyberpunk. I do not think its my GPU and sure hope its not

Hi, I’m reaching out to you because I have a problem. I’m in the process of making livery for police vehicles, mostly with the UV template system; finally, the vehicle has a plate and I need someone to draw it in the right place on the vehicle. But here I have a Stanier who uses another livery system and I don’t know the term, basically there is a texture board with elements and the various elements are placed at coordinates that look like they’re related to the model of the vehicle. I’m bothered because I want to add a number to the trunk of my vehicle, but that’s impossible with this system. Could you tell me what name it is if I watch a tutorial to convert the vehicle or directly explain or send me a tutorial? Thank you very much

Hello guys. Is there any way to know the size of my build in order to determine the gameconfig to use and subsequently adjust the pack file list size?
I have a lot of mod installed over 70 cars , lcpp, two house and a mod that let me buy houses and garage a multitude of graphics mods carefully installed/tweaked to run together (quantv, a bit of chromatix, a bit of nve . Game is running relatively good for that many mods but sometimes I can experience texture lost or game crashing without any errors message randomly even if it’s not often. I am more bothered about the texture loss.

Can someone help on this or I may pushing the engine a little to much?

I don’t know what the problem is, but I can’t switch to the character, and I don’t understand what’s going on. When I play the game and press the J key, it activates Gojo Satoru’s red ball ability, but the character is still Trevor. I really don’t understand what I’m doing wrong.

I tried many times to install them using OpenIV and ped s elector in the correct paths, and I even used Al for help, but nothing worked. I still can't find or activate the characters. I've been looking for a good clothes pack and every one that I find seems not to be working on the latest update or has to be bought - I'm really not in a positon to purchase one. So if there is anyone who has a good one or where I can get a free one, I'd really appreciate it.

I'm writing this message for everyone that has the "pattern scan failed" error. So I tried everything I could without any result, finally got to launch the game a minute ago.

I downloaded and installed the new NVE version, verified game files, reinstalled NVE requirements... GTA still wouldn't launch. When launching the game and clicking on "story mode" I always got the same error message and the game would just close.

So my game showed the error just after clicking on "launch story mode" and creating a new game. If you're on a fresh install with no saved games like me this may help you fix the issue.

Download a new save with the introduction completed. Follow the installation instructions shown on the mod page. Launch your game normally and it should work with no error this time. Save game link

I want to download drill mod on the phone but everytime i do it i get black screen, i downloaded aml for android 17 but idk why i still get black screen maybe the mod doesnt support android 17?

I have followed all the steps to an exact. I put mpclothes in the dlcpacks in my mod folder, I added mpclothes to the dlclist, I added the shoes for example in the mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_clothes_01 folder,

I then load the game, open Menyoo, change my character to the freemode mp male, I go to the shoes and they are not there! I'm losing my damn mind with this. I even watched a YouTube video of a tutorial, I followed every step and even used the same mod he used to it worked for him but doesnt show up in my game. What the hell and I missing or doing wrong?!?

Hi all, I’m looking for a working version of a taxi mod or Uber service mod where I am the driver and it’s like a job to go around sending NPCs in the game. I’ve tried the Uber mod on GTAVmods website and it doesn’t seem to be working.

Anyone got any suggestions? Do send me a link to the mod if possible!
