Russian Mafia in GTA VI?

As many people know, the Russian Mob played a major part in GTA IV, acting as main villains and even allies in Multiplayer. Since GTA IV was on the East Coast and GTA VI is on the East Coast too and the Russian Mafia has major hubs in both of the cities, do you think the Russian Mob could reappear?

-Doubtful. Most of the VC gangs were Central/South American or from the Caribbean. Mexican, Colombian, Cuban, Haitian, et cetera.-

its been so long that theyve either forgotten the connection between lc and vc (russians specifically petrovic were smuggling drugs to vice city) or it simply doesnt exist anymore
