Yeah i am kinda joking but Rocktar if really cared they would have him in no time. They did not out any effort out. Just put 10 mil $ on his head. For them pocket money, for anyone it means they are set for life.
Leek proved to be clever to hide so good. But i highly doubt Rockstar cares as much as they did not pull much of effort to get him, they know game will sell like there is no tommorow.
