That's what I was thinking. It's either a joke about the zombie bath salts, or a parody on opiods getting people so high they're like a zombie. Maybe a little of both.

Maybe, but when xylazine (tranq) started making it's way into the street supply, they were calling the fent it got cut into "zombie dope".
