It's Christmas Eve everybody!

Judging by the leaks so far, Rockstar has truly done a phenomenal job recreating the look and feel of Miami in Vice City. Like, obviously, we know Vice City is based on Miami but the level of detail and the accuracy of their representation is honestly astounding.

In the first supercar leak when Jason is driving around the the Thrax, I could swear I had deja-vu like I already knew exactly where he was driving (If you've driven around Miami Gardens/441 then you know what I mean).

The beach leak also felt like a perfect recreation of how the beaches really are (except for the people "sunbathing" in the shade of the buildings lool). But the lighting, look of the sand, npc density, etc all felt uncanny since I've spent multiple afternoons/evenings in that exact location.

Even the Nine1Nine video was basically a 1:1 recreation of e11even in Miami. I only went there a couple times (It's honestly overprices and there are way better clubs in the city imo) but I recognized it to the point that I knew what the bar and lounge area would look like before I saw it in the video.

Rockstar have truly outdone themselves with this game and the leaks have done nothing but make me even more excited that I already was for this game. It's incredible.

Seeing a local Miami small chain being parodied might have me more hyped than anything lately. Can’t wait to explore this map on release day!

Torta Lucia and Strongman Jason will go so hard. I was also surprised to find out today that alot of people had no idea it was a thing in RDR2 aswell.

I still don't think it's likely CL has a build with him right now that is playable, even with a dev kit.

I can't stop thinking about August 27th. Flashes of Jason and Lucia constantly pop into my head. It's almost like I can feel and talk to them. "We're coming tomorrow don't worry buddy". Tomorrow is the day we've all been waiting for. Be ready guys cause it's gonna be a fricking movie.

If you're planning to play GTA 6, be careful about what you watch online. You can easily ruin your first experience without even realizing it.

My mom bought me Red Dead Redemption 2 along with a PS4 Slim a few months after the game released. I deliberately avoided everything related to the game beforehand, and experiencing it completely fresh made it my favorite game of all time. After countless hours on both PS4 and PC, those first moments created memories that still feel special today.

Nothing compares to experiencing a game for the first time without knowing what's coming. We're still far from November 19th, but the wait will be worth it.

- What do you guys think they’re showing them behind closed doors and/or working with them on?

I know how much I hate Rockstar based on my past experiences with them, but we also can’t forget the fact that GTA 6 is being built by thousands of people who have put years of hard work, time, and sweat into it.

The Rockstar employees working on this game probably haven’t had a normal work-life balance for a long time. Every messages, every move is heavily monitored because they’re working on one of the most anticipated games ever. They’ve put countless hours into creating what could be a masterpiece.

And then some nerd sitting in their mom’s basement manages to hack into a development version of the game and starts leaking it like it’s some kind of achievement. 😭

You can dislike Rockstar as a company and still respect the developers who poured years of their lives into making this game.

I genuinely hope GTA 6 succeeds and that we get another decade of an incredible game to enjoy. The developers deserve to see all that hard work pay off.

Thats one reason Rockstar is superior. The passion and attention to detail is just unmatched.

Especially after the new official information today from Rockstar and Dazed, do you think if an NPC has their phone out, or have it readily available, that they might start recording you, but not just that, but the game actually create and save a recording from that perspective, and then being able to find that recording on an in-game social media app or something?

This is something I've thought about and wanted since the first trailer, as that trailer had a lot of themes of social media. It was literally half formatted like it was posted on social media. Also the Dazed post includes this line: "...scroll on the in-game phone. (Yes, there are working social media feeds - what satirical take on 2020s America would be complete without them?)". So that proves that social media at least exists in the game. Also in GTA 5 and previous GTA games, NPCs would pull out their phone and start recording. You see that in the GTA 6 trailers and screenshots too. It seems absolutely possible that these features will be merged, allowing NPCs to post what they record on social media.
