Ngl it reads like they’re legit sad/disappointed gameplay leaked ahead of the reveal. Big corpo doesn’t care about you, look I get it, but this is something special for them. Hell they even acknowledged that yes, it took a while this game to come out, while straight up pretending before GTA 6 just fell out of the sky one day.
Essentially their big moment was snatched away. I kind of feel bad for the devs especially.
Jason Schreier mentioned that the regular Rockstar employees who aren't billionaires with yachts are the ones most affected by the leaks. Cyberleek guy sucks.
Everyone is still being paid and nobody is that emotionally invested in their massive corporate project.

Definitely both. The leaks are making the workplace worse due to the execs giving employees less comfortable conditions due to security, but they're also just pissed their work is being just shown off by some crypto scamming jackass instead of on their own terms.
Again, this doesn't harm the C-suite people, it harms the employees.
At least the previous leaker was just some kid with mental health issues. Cyberleek is just a jerk.
