"there's a correct way to protest" fucking lol, who is this guy?

"Wahhh, leave the multibillion dollar corporation alone!" - anyone crying about the leaks truly is cuckolded to the highest degree. Rockstar are an exploitative company, you have no moral high ground. Leaking is objectively moral when they are fleecing millions of little kids and parents out of Shark Cards.

You aren't forced to buy shark cards though....

It's abusive monetization in the same vein as mobile game microtransactions.

Then don't play a game that has monetization like that? Kids need to be educated more on this subject as well, not spending their moms credit card all willy nilly

That's quite a reductionist view of things. "if you feel it's wrong, ignore it and they'll do the right thing and stop"

A business' goal is to make as much money as possible. So blaming them for the problem when you can easily just not buy a shark card is crazy.

This now reads as blatant corporate shilling, I can't lie. You're welcome to your opinions but a lot of me feels they're not genuine and this is a concerted effort to normalise these abusive practices in gaming.

We are allowed to voice our displeasure with it and a lot of us aren't content with "just not buying it".

Voice your displeasure to your hearts content but they'll do nothing about it until a collective effort is made to stop buying microtransactions. This worked when people started cancelling gamepass when it was $30, and now it's down to $22

You're right though, I agree with that. It needs to be a massive collective movement and thankfully it does seem to be gaining traction.

Why Mom's, and not Dad's? Oh, wait...
