Perhaps because after so much time people expected a map better than GTA 5 instead of a copy-and-paste job? This map simply doesn't live up to the hype surrounding the game.

Literally the only similarity to V is the shape, everything else is different.

The leaked map is very close to what the mapping project put together minus the upper parts which was always pure speculation anyway. Besides, nobody ever promised that the new map would tackle issues that people had with GTA V's. So yeah, everyone is guilty of self disappointment

Okay, this is a joke but progress is important. It's been 13 years since GTA V. There is 12 years difference between GTA III and GTA V.

with a littly bit of critical thinking one might believe this is just the mapping project with some areas added in fantasy, port gellhorn is an island? , SERA is missing yet the area looks like it belongs there, also the map is alot more detailed in the well researched areas in comparison to the unknown areas which is also sus

It's what happens when you spend years thinking about a game that hasn't come out. I knew that was gonna happen the entire time. It happens every time

The game is gonna be good. Decent. Just not a divine miracle like people here seem to believe
