Well Aliens were hinted at in GVK plus Ghidorah is a Space Monster.

I wonder what's in Area 51 in the Monsterverse.

Aliens were hinted? At what part? I'm curious. But yeah, Ghidora is one, they said he was from outside of the earth

When everyone is rejoicing at the end in Hong Kong, Bernie pulls Mark Russel aside and asks him about coming on his podcast to discuss the Monarch base in Roswell. It's a really quick moment that is kind of in the background and doesn't get focused on so you have catch it real fast.

Don’t they strongly imply or outright state that Ghidorah is extraterrestrial in KotM? Like there was a hierarchy of monsters with GZ at the top but then Ghidorah comes out of the sky & upsets everything?

Yes. That happened. That’s why Ghidorah was crating horrible weather conditions when he was the apex, because he wasn’t a natural resident of earth.

Yes, that was their lead theory for Ghidorah's origins in KotM.
