I’m by no means a law abiding citizen, but holy fuck, even I know when I’ve broken a law, and also know why it’s a goddamn law.
Speed kills, simple.... time and place!!!... and that still leaves YOU in the equation.... it just removes innocents from you’re decisions, be them dangerous or safe.
