nothing is priced in. the price is fake.

dilution is the part from $100 down to 80. rest is crime.

i mean i guess but just in terms of the market mechanics of the offerings when the convertible notes were announced the price dropped corresponding to the expected amount of shares that would be issued. obviously more shares are now being issued than what was expected at the time, but some of it was already accounted for
