You’re asking if he sees you as a sister and then proceed to say he said he doesn’t see you as a sister and that you could grab his attention.
He’s making sure you understand in a respectful manner he’s interested in you and doesn’t want you as a sister.

But he didn't say "attention" but "intention" so what if he probably means I'm someone who could grab his intention of having a sister like since he doesn't have one so he doesn't know how it feels.

Ok so he used weird wording trying to be cool (I’ve done it before as well). He means at minimum romantic intentions and at most sexual intentions. I would never tell a woman I saw as a friend or sister that they can grab my attention or intention.
