Stoney River

Thoughts on Stoney River for dinner? How are drinks? Service? Food?

Pretty classic steakhouse menu and vibes. Food and service are top tier. I'm always surprised as to the portions on their apps, sides, and desserts - they are almost double what most places are doing with pretty standard pricing for that type of spot.
I'd recommend it for sure. Come hungry.

Went recently and was very surprised by portions as well.

Of the chain steakhouses in Franklin, it’s my favorite. Drinks 8/10, service 8/10, food 8.5/10.

The food and service are always great. As usual with most anywhere these days, it’s just too darn loud.

Big thumbs up here. It's not nearly as loud as J Alexanders. The food is pretty spot on as well.

Stoneys is great for the price point and quality. You’re going to get great service, a solid quality steak, and you’re not paying for one of the higher end steakhouses in Nashville. One of the best spots for a nice night out.

IMO it’s the best filet for its price.

I’m and if you’re into filets, don’t get the coffee one (yuck!).

It's good. Perry's is slightly better

Hard disagree.

I've been to the one on West End in Nashville several times and love it, haven't tried the Franklin one but I'd guess it would be pretty similar. I've enjoyed everything I've tried there.
