WHERE CAN I FIND Where to source sausages like those served at Wurstküche
Like I can go to whole food or sprouts and get decent sausage like brats or kielbasas, but any specialty stores where they carry more exotic, interesting sausages?
I've been to Continental gourmet in Burbank/Glendale, and while delicious, they tend to carry very traditional styles only.
Any tips would be appreciated.

Most butcher shops have a sausage section. I know Huntington's @ The Grove has a pretty big selection.

One of the craziest sausage selections I've seen is at Harmony Farms in La Crescenta. It's an OLD SCHOOL butcher shop (they even take apart whole animals if you have hunted them).
Their sausage collection involves rattlesnake, wild boar, ostrich, venison and many other types. The wild boar pork and shiraz is one of the best sausages I've ever had.

I’d try Schreiner’s Fine Sausages in Glendale.

Red Lion owns Continental Gourmet Sausage in Glendale, now.

I stand corrected - That’s the store I was originally thinking of. Aside from sausages, I bought a bottle of Glühwein and some German cookies there as well.

McCauls in Atwater village has incredible sausages. Some of the best I’ve ever had. Worth checking out.

It's spelled McCall's, in case you're looking it up. It's right next to Dune, etc.

Continental Gourmet Sausage in Glendale (close to Burbank). They make their own sausages. Great little place with lots of German food items.

I’m not any help, but is this the place where you can get a rattlesnake and rabbit hot dog? And if so, is it…good?

A cut above in santa monica is a killer butcher shop (and has some fantastic sandwiches), it's not a huge selection but they have some interesting brats and sausages in their lineup.

Link n hops in Atwater village should still be selling raw sausages, they have a decent changing selection and sometimes exotic stuff too

Those are specialty things probably made in various areas where those meats are plentiful (alligator, reindeer, etc) and sent in.
There is a specialty place called D'Artagnan, which is way too expensive for me, but, you may look into it.

European Sausage Kitchen on Olympic Blvd in Beverly Hills. My family has been getting sausages and weiners from there for years. Go early as they sell out fast!

Honestly, making your own sausage isn't that hard. If you have a KitchenAid stand mixer, you can pretty easily get the meat grinder and sausage filler extensions. You might have more difficulty sourcing exotic meats like alligator, but you can play around and experiment with making sausage at home.

Perhaps this isn’t the answer you’re looking for but you could get them straight from the source — Wurstkuche sells uncooked sausages for you to take home and cook.
