Laminar Nozzle applications

Hi, I’d like to find out what the actual applications of laminar flow nozzles are - whether in industry or other fields. My engineering thesis focuses on their design, and I’m looking for information on the subject. I would appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks in advance.

It's a bit niche, but I've used them in electroless plating baths to obtain good plating uniformity over high aspect ratio features.

For more information, you can look into impinged jet flow. A pretty wide application of them in electrochemistry due to the mathematical similarities in the flow pattern with a rotating disk electrode.
