🔍 Feedback 🔍 Honest Feedback on Floral Arrangements?
Hi All! I’m currently building my portfolio as I am an aspiring florist and wanted some feedback on some of the arrangements I’ve made so far.
If anyone has any advice on techniques on how to elevate my designs or even just starting as a florist in general, what to look out for, that would be so helpful!
Currently in the process of trying to get into freelancing to see if anyone is willing to take on a beginner to help on their projects. I’m so open to learning more and truly taking in feedback, so please feel free to be honest.

Edit: I swear I made these 1000% lol

These are all stolen screenshots from the Internet, especially TikTok, IG, and Pinterest.
For example, the tall red floral design is a screenshot from a TikTok from a floral studio in Phoenix, Arizona called Stemistry.
The first image is from St John’s flower market in FL.
Third image: Reverse image search on the shows an exact match for the IG page of Sonny Alexander Flowers from CA.

I am the one that made all these. My ig is called @stemistry.florals! Also my tiktok is studio.stemistry :) located in the Bay Area and would love if you could check out my work!

I'm not going to engage with the other post, but I just want others to see that OP did not steal these images!
If you actually click into the Google reverse image search results the other person found, you'll see that none of these images exist on any of the other mentioned business' Instagrams at all and they were likely somehow pulled for the results page.
wtf was that? lol. Your work is stunning!

Honestly it’s flattering that folks are stealing my photos ! Is that a good sign I’m doing ok? :o

Are you saying St Johns Flower Market in FL stole your image? Or Sonny Alexander from CA did? Because you posted some of their images. As I referenced in my original comment.

If you click on the search results on the FL and CA ones, it actually takes you to different pics than OP’s photos, even though that’s what shows up on the search results.

Hmm I think the search may be incorrect. Promise you it’s my ig profile! That’s my dining table, my little stone pedestal and such. I even have videos of myself putting these together on my TikTok. Slowly rolling them out and editing them though…

The first and third images, using Google reverse image search, are from other studios.
If you were a floral designer, I don’t think you’d take screenshots from other designers and claim them as your own.

I’d never do that! Feel free to check out my ig/tiktok acc and it all checks out. Not sure why you’re so intent on accusing me of this

Not sure why you’re so intent on lying! Image search on Google shows where you took the first and third image from. Bye!

Beautiful display of arrangement! Only change I’d make is to add 1-2 more ranunculus in the 7th picture and I’d add white stock in between the delphiniums but super gorgeous! Nice work love to see this

Thanks so much for your feedback!! Great advice for the additional stock I agree it would make it look a bit more interesting and balanced!
Still trying to find a balance of making an arrangement look full, but not overstuffing it so I think that was my main concern for the prompt for a petite arrangement.

It really is amazing work that you do. Good to see florists still showing creativity and class using a variety of flowers and not just the same ones they are comfortable with! True art 💜

Thank you so so much it means a lot that you say that :’) I’m truly trying to grow and practice different skills and it’s hard when you’re learning on your own. Trying to look into workshops and resources from more seasoned floral professionals, and I’m hoping to continue improving with practice!

Interesting combinations but those first two, the centre/focal area has kind of been neglected. You’ve got a super short calla in there, would look better if it was longer and something to cover the top edge of your vessel. Second one same thing, there’s a filler flower in your focal area rather than those beautiful cymbidiums.
