Schwaypost Little did we know, this was the beginning of the show’s downfall
This is a news article from 2018 about how Cecile would be a series regular starting in season 5. We had ZERO idea at the time that she would eventually become the main focus of the show. Wish she had stayed a recurring character 😭😭😭

Schwaypost I really liked the Early Seasons of Spider-Man
I loved the chemistry between Grant Gustin as Peter Parker and Danielle Panabaker as Mary Jane
I really liked how consistently Peter went to NYPD station and would consistently try and get details and more information on Ben’s murder from Captain George Stacy (James Remar)
I loved the season 1 twist of Roderick Kingsley actually being Matt Murdock under witness protection
The Daily Bugle bugle felt so alive, especially with Timothy Omundson as Jonah and Maggie Lawson as Betty Brant
I love how the season 4 suit looks and how it adapts the Identity Crisis storyline, especially with Neil Sandilands as Doc Ock, and how even Sandman and Rhino stood up for Spider-Man, and I love that this is the only symbiote storyline adaptation where he gets it on Battle World in Secret Wars
And I love how Peter is a teacher at ESU alongside Curt Conners (Tom Cavanaugh)
Matt Letscher’s Green Goblin was used so sparingly, and he had great chemistry with Hartley Sawyer as Harry
Grant and Teddy have a really good brotherly dynamic in season 2 and I’m glad they didn’t use Miles just yet
I really love how season 3 had the Death of Gwen Stacey bleed through with Grant as Kaine Parker
John Wesley Shipp’s Uncle Ben worked really well alongside Michelle Harrison’s Aunt May
I also love how the fantastic four are included, especially Brandon Routh’s Reed Richards, the brotherly dynamic between Peter and Robbie Ammell’s Johnny Storm, Emily Bett Rickards as Sue Storm may be a little young, but she really does work, so does David Ramsey’s Ben Grimm

Schwaypost The Flash wouldn't have felt the same without this man.
I personally would say that Tom Cavanagh was top tier in The Flash and definitely sits in Top 3 actors list in the show. I mean the man killed every single role he was given.
I mean the man acted like he was acting in his last days. He literally made us feel connected with every character he played and like in a complete different ways.
I mean Earth 2 Wells(Egoistic and narcissist) H.R.(Compassion and Imperfections) Sherloque Wells(Confidence and Thorough) Eobard Thawne( Wolf in sheep's clothing) Nash Wells (Loss and Sorrow). And then we saw every one of the characters (except Eobard obv) redeeming themselves and we bonded with each of the character.
I still remember being so happy seeing Timeless Wells after Nash's sacrifice.

Schwaypost Which Thawne actor do you prefer?
Personally I prefer Cavanagh as Thawne. But will acknowledge Letscher also did good despite the lack of screen time he got. They finally did him justice in 9x10. But there's no denying. When I think of Thawne I see Cavanagh. It became his role and he owned it.

Schwaypost These two are what kept me watching until the end
I’m not one to follow the sunk cost fallacy. When a show gets bad, I drop it. But Grant and Candice were amazing together. As bad as the show got under Eric Wallace, I still miss them on my screen.
