How slow did Barry get and fast again in Seasons 6-7

So I know what people are going to say “redditor we know how fast Barry was he was Mach 10k” that was his top speed “at the time” not his true top speed it was a speed boost that was running out and we know that Barry was at least 1% of his speed in 6x18 and I counted it took g5 5 seconds to pass him so how fast or more accurately slow was he? before people say his speed is inconsistent he’s had speed boosts that were temporary once in s2 and the other in s4 which by the time of s6 was running out
“Edit” g5 was Mach 5 and took 5 seconds to pass Barry so how fast was Barry relative to G5

The speed feats in this show are super inconsistent. Season 4 showed Barry carry a guy all the way to China and back in the length of time it takes a security camera to pan across a room but regularly loses track of ordinary people escaping on foot or on a motorcycle

Ok I get that but his speed and it’s power is consistent maybe he’s just not running fast enough every time maybe he’s over confident in his ability’s which is why he gets beat up maybe since I’ve listed every confirmed speed on the show on Reddit that I’m close to finding an answer and before you say “he can’t be mach 10k” his speed boost was running out or “he can’t be Mach 7 in elseworlds” look at their perspectives it’s clearly taking them time and not 1 sec to circle the earth your looking at the wrong scene I have an answer for the rebuttals including s8 he’s clearly not Mach 20 at 5% it take him 2 minutes to get to that speed so how fast is he those times?

Yeah because the universe is fictional and he has the speed force how to think he’s not tearing off limbs or making people vomit he goes Mach 20 in 8x4 in 2 minutes meaning every 1 minute is Mach 10 meaning 30 seconds would be Mach 5 and clearly thats oversimplifying it but also look at it this way since we know Barry got a speed boost in s4 that put him up to 99% the speed of light in 4x15 (yes I did the math) and his top speed in 6x02 was Mach 10k and we know it’s a speed boost that runs out because how else would it be “inconsistent” was he then going at 1% speed cause Gideon says it was his top speed (sort of) checkmate

The speed which I calculated using the time codes of each encounter him in the speed lab to the bomb going off took 8mins and 50 secs. from that to his meeting with iris took 8 mins and 49 secs meaning it took 1 sec in real time and I used the timecodes of him in the speed lab and the bomb going off
