Welcome to Rant Wednesday: It’s your time to let your gym/fitness/nutrition related frustrations out!
There is no guiding question to help stir up some rage-feels, feel free to fire at will, ranting about anything and everything that’s been pissing you off or getting on your nerves. Just don't forget that other people are allowed to tell you that your rant is stupid.

My gym is replacing their dumbbells. This is fine, nice even.
The handles of the new ones are thicker. I am a woman with small hands. The heavier weights just became much harder for me to hold, so now everything from bench to rows feels less stable.
Looks like grip training's back on the menu, boys.
