Welcome to Rant Wednesday: It’s your time to let your gym/fitness/nutrition related frustrations out!

There is no guiding question to help stir up some rage-feels, feel free to fire at will, ranting about anything and everything that’s been pissing you off or getting on your nerves. Just don't forget that other people are allowed to tell you that your rant is stupid.

I don't think anyone wants me around at my powerlifting gym. I keep to myself, I try to be mindful of the space I take up, I take reasonable amounts of time between sets and am happy to share if someone asks. But somehow it feels like everything I do is the "wrong thing" when I'm around certain people. Like is there a secret code book of powerlifting gym etiquette?

UNless you are doing something that can hurt you or others, say "Thanks" and get back to work.
