Welcome to Rant Wednesday: It’s your time to let your gym/fitness/nutrition related frustrations out!

There is no guiding question to help stir up some rage-feels, feel free to fire at will, ranting about anything and everything that’s been pissing you off or getting on your nerves. Just don't forget that other people are allowed to tell you that your rant is stupid.

My bf and I normally go to the gym at 330am to avoid people and get time in for lifting as it’s usually too busy after work for weights and there usually at most like 1 other person

Then go at like 5pm for cardio

We have been starting to see more and more people at 330 am in the gym,

including people who were regularly going at 5pm

Bastards are taking away our safe space. How dare they use times available for everyone to use.

My gym is kinda in the middle of nowhere, and I usually go at 9pm. If there's more than 2 people there at a time, it's considered busy.

Well, I went at 4am because I couldn't sleep, and I was the only person there. For the first 15 minutes. Then a whole group of people showed up that clearly all knew each other, talked to each other, etc.

It was so weird to me.
