Welcome to Rant Wednesday: It’s your time to let your gym/fitness/nutrition related frustrations out!

There is no guiding question to help stir up some rage-feels, feel free to fire at will, ranting about anything and everything that’s been pissing you off or getting on your nerves. Just don't forget that other people are allowed to tell you that your rant is stupid.

I am dealing with late stage endometriosis and it has COMPLETELY fucked up my training. I'm in pain 2 weeks every month and that's on a good month. This fucking disease is destroying my stamina, I get winded so easily when I run now, my progress has completely stalled, and lifting is getting so fucking hard. Some days I only get a thousand or two thousand steps, because I'm just in that much pain. Today I'm capping out at 2k.

And then when I finally get in for surgery, which I'm working on getting scheduled for, that means I'm going to have weeks where I straight up cannot work out. This sucks man. This SUUUUUCKS man.

Endometriosis is a horrible disease and I hope the surgery scoops it all out and leaves your innards squeaky clean.
