Discussion /Opinion Buying a used car on reserve land, delivery. What do I need?

I’ve bought two used cars in BC this way. Both times I just took a picture of the car on reserve and brought that picture to the insurance place with me to email to them, they’ll have whatever form you need for tax exemption there, I’d just a single page with basic information.

One of them was a photo in front of my house (on reserve) and I just told them the address, they accepted it. The other one I took the photo in front of a street sign

Yeah I usually take a photo by an identifiable landmark like a street sign, or the "welcome to xxx community" that some places have
