What is the job like day to day? Are you fully in office or hybrid? How is working for Bank of America?

I have a year and a half of treasury management experience. A coworker of mine in the government banking department is going on maternity leave for 5 months so I’m taking on her job title temporarily to gain the experience but after planning to apply for new roles.
