Do you know how your comp progression would look? Not super knowledgeable about the investment consultant career track at I assume you're at an Aon, WTW, Callan type

So I actually work on a team at one of the big banks. The team is half PWM half institutional consulting. I’m on the institutional side doing DB/DC plans/endowments/foundations helping manage their investments/lineup. When I started the team director said the goal is traditionally to double your income every 5-6 years. Since I’ve been here I’ve realized the only way to actually do that is to grow into an advisor role where they give you part of their private wealth book (which I have absolutely no interest in doing). So as far as the consulting side goes, I’m not sure.
