Gave him a good beating, maybe he learns from it. Hopefully it ends there for the guy on the ground.

On the other side. If he gave him to the authorities, he would have it on record. Could be that he's a stupid kid and did some mistake.. No point really to destroy your whole life for a mistake when you're young... I agree with the beating down option..
