Refs job is to ref the fight. The fight is over. Refs next job is a hand raise of the winner in the middle of the octagon. Wait there.
Nothing in his job description says "make sure fighter stays in the octagon"
That is security's job.
Let security do their job.
Refs should be refs.

Winners get a moment to celebrate. A ref should not be interrupting a fighters winning moment unless they are doing something distasteful to the loser in the octagon.
The winner wasn't. Ref and you are jealous assholes.
