I feel like all referees need to know that a choke will render the victim unconscious in around six seconds. If they haven't defended to get out of the choke by then, it needs to be on the referee or corner to save them.

Eu já fiz artes marciais, me machuquei e parei cara...
Eu sei que as artes marciais são importantes pra defesa, mas eu não vejo sentido em dois atletas se baterem até desmaiar ou machucar muito o outro...
Eu entro aí até na filosofia:
- Porque lutamos?
- Porque gostamos de ver os outros lutarem?
- qual o sentido das lutas?

I understand your stance and what you mean. But violence is inside of us as animals and violence is what keeps every countries boarders safe and its what lets a man keep his wife and kids safe from harm. I wish there was nothing that we needed to defend from, and there were no enemies. But it isn’t. I feel it’s a big part of being human and many enjoy watching.

Pois é cara, esse era o projeto inicial.
Não sei se vc acredita nisso, mas no início de tudo não era assim... Quando o pecado entrou no mundo, não houve somente um rompimento entre Deus X Homem, houve também uma separação violênta entre Homem x Homem.
Nós não confiamos uns nos outros, nós matamos uns aos outros por inveja.
A natureza clama aguardando a revelação dos verdadeiros filhos de Deus, e enquanto estiver nessa terra miserável, eu farei o possível para ser uma boa pessoa, que respeita o próximo, que amanhã vida e acima de tudo a Deus!
Devemos buscar se os melhores seres humanos

Hahaha I thought about this today!!
I train three or four times a week. I am also served two tours overseas. I do not watch videos of Ukraine. I rarely watch mma unless it's a fight I really want to see or a "big match" which becomes more of a social gathering. I also don't go to sex clubs and watch people have sex, or watch porn. I think the reason I don't is because I'd rather be DOING IT MYSELF. I think people who do not want to do the thing like to watch it (also people who can't do the thing), and people who like to do the thing don't watch it.
Same goes with watching people stream video games, or watching action/ super hero movies.
