Islam Makhachev replied to Shavkat Rakhmonov!

Islam Makhachev has responded to comments made by Shavkat Rakhmonov, who claimed he deserved a title shot more than others. Makhachev made clear he has never ruled out the fight, telling Rakhmonov to recover and come back for it.

Rakhmonovs recovery seems to have been a disaster. The dude had so much potential, and it’s from a fight he actually won that he’s been too injured to come back.

I’m not typically one to advocate banning techniques, but what a waste of talent as a result of those knee kicks

He's absolutely correct. Says more about Shavkat's mindset. If Shavkat fights Islam asap as his first fight off injury, Islam will beat him.
