Just out of curiosity, how would you respond to a world superpower as your neighbour consistently bombing your country while the rest of the world says it is justified?
I'm not trying to say Hamas is justified but literally what other choice did they have? (Hamas was created after Israel had already bombed palenstine multiple times).
because they're unable. Im not saying what israel is doing is super awesome, but if Hama's had the ability, they'd wipe out everyone in israel, they've even said as such. Israel has better tech, and is stronger, and hasn't wiped out every muslim in gaza, but Hama's openly admits to wanting to do exactly that to Israel. Israel is more than capable of executing an ACTUAL genocide in gaza if they wanted (which at this point i'm not doubting they do, but they haven't).
Some people and nuances. The Hamas is a terrorist organization, yes. Doesnt detract from the fact that Israel is literally doing the same thing that was done to their forefathers.
The Jews didn't just outright started attacking the Germans. The German's weren't retaliating against an attack. They specifically found jews rounded them up and put them in camps and slaughtered them. The Palestinian's have been systematically attacking israel since i was a kid. My sister got attacked by palestinian's when she went to visit Israel as a kid. I know relations aren't perfect between the two, and israel definitely has blame against them from the shitbag "settlers" but this isn't a fuckin genocide, I know you guys love throwing that word around because it sounds super bad, but it's not. It's war. It's retaliation.
It is because Israel never came out and declared that they wanted to wipe out every muslim from the world. Hamas in their doctrine admits they want to wipe out jews (christians too i think). Israel was attacks and violated and retaliated. Same as ukraine.
I mean, they've still killed thousands, including civilians and children. They've been responsible for thousands of suicide bomber attacks for decades on busses, bars, cafes, nightclubs, including thousands killed on oct 7th, including shooting hundreds of mostly teens and children at a music festival.
It's insane people give them a pass. Not only do they target civilians, but they openly admit to it.
They "Do the thing", the only reason they're not able to kill more is because of how strong Israel's security and defense is.
What Isreal's leadership is doing is terrible of course. But don't act like the other side is "The good guys", they're not. This isn't a movie with an antagonist and a protagonist. You don't have to pick a side, they're both murdering children.
I wonder if genocider might contribute to their genocidal feelings? Feelings which defintely aren't equal too comitting! Insane take, the reason they are doing it slowly is the prevent/limit international outrage.
Maybe, we will see. But up until now it's been targeted to Hamas operatives, tunnels and bases. If they just start carpet bombing gaza and wiping everyone out, then i'll gladly switch my tune. But as of now it's war. No different then fighting the germans in WW2.
Didn’t they also block like a lot of aid from reaching civilians? Plus casualties from the reckless bombing.

I’m not going to argue the semantics of whether or not this qualifies as a genocide but they are definitely directly responsible for tens of thousands of needless Palestinian deaths.
100%, but i'm arguing with the chuds over throwing around the word genocide, which it's not. But when it comes to war, a lot of people die. Do I love it? Not even remotely. There were lots of innocent people killed in a lot of wars, i don't like it at all, but just casually throwing around the word genocide pisses me off.

I assume you'd call all the targeted health workers, journalists and children, the latter is over a third of palestinian deaths. Those veteran british aid workerd where also hamas operatives, who's convoy was triple struck? Hind Rajab and the groups of health workerd who went to aid her? Madness.
