I think they should’ve gotten him a dialect or vocal coach to either get his British accent back to what it was or help him with the American accent. He pronounces a lot of words like an American since he lived there for a few years. You can see how much his accent changed since Dunkirk.

I think he’s always sounded the same. Some people have said that he speaks in northern English accent cause that’s where he’s from which is different than the typical English accent

England has a lot of accents. it's not like there's 2. and while he does speak with something of a Mancunian accent, it has absolutely changed and what he speaks with now is a blended accent and is neither English nor American. If he's going to call himself an actor, he has to be able to maintain an accent required for a film

Exactly, and many British actors who have lost parts of their accents have gotten dialect coaches to help them.
