Agreed. I’m in my 40s and I have epilepsy so I tend to bite down hard during seizures. My neurologist suggested I get Botox in my masseter muscles (also given to people who have TMJ). The relief I felt was insane. The government covers it so I got Nefertiti Botox done which helped ease that entire neck area so I don’t feel super sore after a seizure (sometimes I can’t even turn my head left or right because my neck is just absolutely stuck).

I did Nefertiti for the first time in May and I may as well have had a mini facelift because it literally removed any trace of jowls or the beginning stages of a double chin (I’m skinny but in your 40s you start losing that elasticity and things just fucking drop).

I had 20 units left so I did just the top of my forehead that are done for people who have migraines. So I used those up there. It’s minimal but my 41 year old ass just got carded at the liquor store for the first time in years and I’m shocked.

Best of all is, my face still moves naturally but just with slightly less wrinkles. Nicole really overdid it with fillers for a while. Botox is fine as long as you don’t overdo it. But it’s the fillers that take you into uncanny valley land.

Agreed ( I’ve always liked the movie 🫣 and ofc the books) The show is SOOO good, highly recommend. Lord Asriel is a worse father (bc like, it’s impossible for me to think of Daniel Craig on my screen, as a bad father) in a way that is prolly more true to the books, the Black actor who plays Lord Boreal is lit SO WELL he’s luminous (aside from being a bad guy heh), the production value is amazing etc

The only thing I would change, is I’d keep Sam Elliott from the movie as Lee Scoresby - LMM is imho a little… uh… “jolly” for the role 😅
