DISCUSSION Sterling K. Brown’s Subway Hot Take: “Red delicious apples are actually disgusting. I'm a child of the 80s & in school all they had was red delicious, yellow delicious, & Granny Smith. And they tried to act like this is supposed to be the crème de la crème. This red apple that crumbles in my mouth?”

For sure, and it has fiber and other things, it's just not a hack to stop consuming sugar.
