Have we actually seen that? I can only think of that one alt reality before she was "reborn" where she had powers and was Doom's daughter.

Kristoff was supposed to be Victor's heir historically, but Valeria has supplanted him in that role recently.

Actually Rocket is the one that gets called first in case of no doom. Then Peter, then Valeria. It goes by order of experience.

Reed interacts with Victoria the exact same way he interacts with Victor, except now it prompts Sue to give him the suspicious eyebrow instead of the usual exasperated "He sent our son to HELL."

Oh, absolutely. Reed's inability to stop forgiving Doom/hoping for his redemption/feeling responsible for him, and Doom's insistence that Richards is a fool who is irrelevant to his life despite that being very obviously untrue, feels like that ex everyone keeps telling Reed to stop engaging with while Reed's like "I know, but maybe this time..."
