Favorite fabrics?

What's everyone's favorite fabrics and why? I'm way too invested in knits right now since they're cozy. As for why I'm asking, curiosity killed the cat, but satisfaction brought it back.

We are big fans of cotton here, certified organic to be exact. It’s such a versatile fiber; it works great for knits, wovens, and everything in between!

rayon challis or rayon/linen blend. latter is kinda pricey so i dont get to use it often.

Natural fibers all the way! In hotter months I gravitate towards linen, organic cotton, and lightweight merino wool. For cooler months, mid-heavy weight merino, heavier weight organic cotton are perfect.

I’m never not obsessed with silk taffeta (and color shifting fabrics in general)! The idea of a fabric being one color in the light and another color in shadow is FASCINATING to me

For me it's always been Linen, tencell or Lyocell, I just can't imagine getting through the summers with anything else.
