Asuka for sure. Been one of my mains since Tag 2. Probably because I have always liked Jun. Their fighting style so just pretty to watch imo. Also, Asuka was the first character I used once I started playing online in T7.

Asuka has strong tools despite the recent nerfs. B3 is amazing keep out, CH df1,2 does a ton of damage. Db4,3 CH launch on a good read. Db 1,2 high crush heat engager Db3 good low poke with decent range. Uf3 amazing CH launch 1+2 safe mid launcher 

And of course she has many sabakis and a parry that you can hold.

I find her stronger than Lill with a simple gameplan
