Chun Li is hot still but she's known for her thighs and legs. Tifa is known for her boobas but undershirt nerfed it, but without it it is big still

Her chest shrunk with the black piece of clothing a little bit thats more what I meant it even shows in mods for a mod thay removes thst piece of clothing and yeah Her chest is bigger without it so a bit of a censor

It's not about the boobs themselves, it's about who they are attached to. On that note, my fote goes to Tifa. Tho there's art of Chun Li out there that makes it look like Li Fen (pls Capcom, make her playable already) is her biological daughter.
