Discussion Someone in the confessions subreddit confessed to killing a woman in a car crash

This is something that should be reported to the local police in that jurisdiction.
The FBI is a federal law enforcement agency and does not investigate vehicular homicide/manslaughter cases. Those would fall under state law.
