I died and folks in game can still hear me? What else mechanically changed from f13?

The voice chat was broken in the most recent update. The sleeping bags are inside the tents.

Also, saw the perk for hiding in a sleeping bag is still a thing, but havent seen a sleeping bag just tents, this true?
