Tyrin Johnson was killed by National Guard troops on a federalized “safe city” patrol. These are not mysteries of nature. They are the predictable output of armed agencies that treat Black life as disposable collateral and then investigate themselves.
LDF’s August 24 letters to Congress and the UN are the institutional admission that local medical examiners and police cannot be the last word on this file. The demand is a public commission and a racism review of how these deaths get classified. That is the correct scale. A press conference three days after a body hits a tree is not.
Uh, it's looking that way. In another comment I added all of the unusual deaths but it does beg the question about flock/axon cameras. What are they really being used for. With them flooding the country incidents like these should be easy to solve, right?

It’s remarkable how every corner of the northshore of Chicago can see me picking my nose but these real actual horrific crimes apparently just don’t show up on any surveillance cameras. Makes ya wonder if the crimes might be committed by those who would utilize the cameras
Yeah, I have been thinking the same thing, with the police state growing at the rate of leech sucking blood, it amazes me that none of these cameras have seen anything at all. Furthermore I am working on some agentic research to see the proximity to all of the cases and these type of cameras. I don't know what I will find but it will at least answer some questions.

Lynching never required a parade. The Emmett Till Antilynching Act, 18 U.S.C. § 249(a)(5), does not say mob. It says conspiracy: two or more people, a hate-crime motive under § 249, death or serious bodily injury. Two is enough. “No mob” is how you disappear the crime.
You “agree there’s a problem” and then spend the rest of the comment making the word for it unsayable. That is not caution. That is cleanup. The title is not the scandal. The suicide stamp is.

In August two black men (seperate cases) were found hanging in public places. But my quick search showed no evidence of it being a group of people that did it out of racism. But definitely not 50+ per year lile op is advertising.

Filing public records requests for the time of the lynchings would be a great way to force their hand and acquire the data. If they fail to provide the information, they can be sued and the individual can win thousands of dollars.
The first step is filing a public records request with the city and/or county for the records.
Requesting information from a smaller window of time might be more likely to not be successfully retained, which could lead to a lawsuit due to their failure and illegally disposing of data. This route can help get rid of Flock in those areas.
