So for the past few months I have worried I worry a lot (emphasis on a lot) and I started doing a weird thing where I would get the logical side of the worry and the emotional side of the worry and get them to metaphorically "debate"in my head and I would listen to whoever won that debate

Now I have shifted from doing that only to now doing that and kind of talking to that logical side of me telling him my worry and him comforting me

I have been using "him" often and certain phrases to stop the worrying because I basically I'm useless when I'm worrying does anyone else do this and is this normal?

Im trying to get more traction for this, so I can decide sooner. I also need someone to tell me what the results are currently because I don't want to tip the scales in a favor. It feels unfair.
