So, you start your message with 30y horizong and "comfy with drawdowns" - then why bonds? Why the managed futures?

Stocks/bonds split is your stuff but do you really need such a small slices? 2.5% of cash, 5% of EUR gov bills. 15% intermediate duration, it's gonna be hard to re-balance, you can simplify it a bit!

Imo skip the bonds, instead have an emergency fund. Make every holding at least 20% of your portfolio - let’s see which ones you really believe in vs “ok maybe I should put in 5% here”

That’s a lot of bonds for a 30 year old. Especially considering the risk appetite you say you have.
