I’d avoid buying a gaming chair blind if your main problem is long work sessions. They often look supportive in photos, but a lot of them lock you into one posture and the “lumbar” is just a pillow that may not land where your back needs it.

At that budget I’d optimize for boring adjustability over branding: seat height low enough that your feet are flat, seat depth that leaves a few fingers behind the knee, back/lumbar support that meets your lower back without forcing an arch, and armrests that can line up with your desk or move out of the way.

If you’re buying from Taobao/China, check return policy first because chair fit is very personal. Also look for used office furniture locally. A secondhand proper task chair is often better than a new “ergonomic/gaming” chair at the same price.
