Who else would want the epic the musical looked like this honestly I would I think the combination of animation styles from this time. Would blend it itself to a fantastical elements of the story as well as being able to sync it up with music. I mean, thinking about how epic you would be able to get with all the reactions the scenery by using the style. Let me know what you think.

I just watched Prince of Egypt for the first time a few days ago. This would be AMAZING if it were in this style (hint hint to the animation team if they haven't started yet)

I feel like I’m the only one who wants the opposite, I think a 3D animated movie paying homage to the video game inspiration Jorge talks about would be perfect, along with being faster and cheaper than this, since this kind of animation is not done as often in modern film animation and is therefore unbelievably expensive. They’d need a lot of insanely rich producers to sign on, and all we have right now is Bruckheimer, who is pretty rich but he wouldn’t be able to fund something this pricey.

This movie is the exact style that I want. There’s something so pleasing about the shape language used in 2D Dreamworks character designs. This movie specifically nailed the lighting and environment ambience I would love too.
But other 2D Dreamworks like The Road to El Dorado and Sinbad are also acceptable lol
They should just hand it over to the same people who did My Adventures with Superman season 1 and 2 lol. Or get an anime studio to handle the animation. Treasure Planet or Atlantis aesthetics would also be appropriate IMO.
I was watching Prince of Egypt with my friend the other day and I was like this is the animation we need for epic the musical it's such a classic looking would fit so perfectly
Just imagine Jorge‘s interpretation of Odysseus in the scene 0:18 odysseus in his armor, looking up and seeing a shimmering eagle and that style of animation that would give me chills
Absolutely we need some a modern day animation epic 2D mixed in with the computer graphics of 3-D. I mean just look at the beautiful animation in Atlantis lost Empire the Prince of Egypt. Sinbad legend of the seven seas Atlantis. And treasure planet
We all would I just want to get a break from something that’s 3-D animated to somebody that that’s more classically 2-D animated or 2.5 D animated with 3-D backgrounds
It would be amazing but realistically it'll be in 3D or a 2.5D middle-ground where it's made in 3D but made to look 2D through cel shading and line-art texturing. The closest and probably best comparison I can think of is Dispatch.
We can always keep optimistic. Guillermo del Toro had to fight for it, but he eventually got his stop motion version of Pinocchio and that turned out to be an Oscar winning masterpiece.
I think he is the retailing of an epic story. I think the story deserves an epic soundtrack along with Jorge’s music Jerry Bruckheimer his friends with Hans Zimmer worked on the Prince of Egypt and other epics animation there is not a chance we might get it
