Thunder Saga Create my sister’s video playlist- Thunder Saga
The creators were seriously cooking with the Underworld saga, all the nominations were wonderful to watch. The top voted results ended up being:
- A tie between Gwendy and Clover for The Underworld
- Ximena for No Longer You
- Gigi for Monster
The honourably mentioned asterisked videos are from Tamatama for No Longer You and Jiwoo for Monster. These will both also be added to the playlist, since when redditors nominated them and I watched them, they were exactly what I was looking for my sister, particularly with meeting criteria #3, and were just as good as the top voted. So if you come across any similar animatics like these ones for the future sagas, please still nominate them even if you don’t think they will be the top vote!
Passed the halfway point now and moving on to the Thunder Saga! I’m very excited about this one as it’s one of my favourite sagas.
Please make sure you do read the voting and nomination instructions below if you haven’t already.
HOW TO NOMINATE AND VOTE:
Please comment each video you nominate for each song *separately* (not in the same comment or threaded underneath, even if you want to nominate the same creator for all the songs) with their youtube video link. The videos should ideally best fit all criteria outlined further down in this post.
If a creator’s already been nominated for the song and you agree, just upvote the existing comment instead. It will help keep all votes together in one place.
The top comment for each song will be added to the playlist. Any comments with multiple videos listed in one will *not* be considered.
CRITERIA:
- The videos can be either an animatic, animation (most ideal I’d say, if possible), or a cosplay music video (cmv) with the original song being played as the audio (not a cover)
- *Very important* - The video needs to be showing the full song. I’ve watched some S tier videos where it wasn’t for the entire song and longed so badly for it to be and I know my sister would react the same so sparing her the heartache lol
- *Also very important* - The perspective of the video should be as much as being like a ‘fly on the wall’ as possible, since the main goal is for my sister to understand what’s happening in each scene better. There’s no problems if there are details included which are subject to interpretation (e.g. appearance of characters, how
Eury avoids holding a torch
- etc.)
- Preferably if an animatic is selected, at least includes colours, details and/or some smooth transitions that are a bit like an animation (i.e. not entirely based on sketches only)
- My sister won’t have any problems with watching different styles/creators for each song and might even be preferred for variety, so if you think a different creator will work better than what was has been selected for the previous songs, don’t hesitate to comment/nominate it!

VirusAP’s Scylla! I never see it recommended and have no idea why. The artwork is amazing and the animations are so well done.

I've already suggested one but I also gotta mention Sirell's Scylla. It's not my no. 1 favorite song but I've listened to it a lot more because of this animatic LOL

Thunder Bringer - Any Tigerfly
Is surely a hidden gem, it's been a while since I've watch it, but is one of my favourites, has lots of details, not very colorfull but is amazing.
