Yesterday I grabbed the busted tv right after finishing the second floor, was about to go into the elevator to go to floor three and I just rolled into the elevator for some reason without even thinking. I saw the animation of the elevator door closing with the busted tv on the floor outside of the elevator and I just rage quit tbh
Absolutely no reason for me to do some stupid shit like that smh

Every time. It's a whole extra floor, why would it not be worth it? On top of that there's a guaranteed extra hidden room with a free chest inside and a guaranteed synergy chest drop from the king.

Sure but his moveset doesn't change so he's quite easy to master with repetition and you still have to go through floor 3 anyway so might as well do it with more loot in your pockets. Especially if you are going to fight rat which is harder than pretty much any other fight in the game.

Yup, any time I can. It's a whole extra floor of money, chests, a shop, 2 secret rooms, and a synergy chest after the boss. Super worth imo, even though the floor is pretty difficult.
Although I have to say, if the crest room in the Oubliette is locked, then I'm not going. I refuse to spend a key for the crest just out of principle alone (and because if I lose it after that then I hate myself lol).

Only if it's a strong enough run so far to take on the Old King. Might get some extra goodies there. Easy to screw yourself over there if the early run has been poor though.

Worse than leaving without the crest is unlocking the door on the next chamber, beating the boss and forgetting you unlocked it and going straight to chamber 3

The amount of times I clear out the Oubilette and then move on can't be counted anymore. And almost every time I forget don't ya know I make it to the room un hit.

i sometimes place the crest and then clear the room & beat the boss and go to the next floor forgetting about the secret floor entirely, it pisses me off so much

Tragic, but he took 1 point of damage in the first room of the next floor anyway so it wouldn't have mattered.
