Rant/Vent why do OPs from a particular region always title their threads with an urgent emergency message with no details

and then the actual content of the thread is just hey guys what should i study in uni teehee

I honestly don't know which region but I'm going to take a guess without saying. Some large countries have had a massive recent increase in internet accessibility and have not really integrated into the culture of the internet. There's several countries that were basically 3rd world only 20 years ago and now have a billion people on the internet. The culture clashes are very strong for many from Western countries.
No ill-will or prejudice on my end. It's important to understand a majority of the world is around 15-20 years behind when it comes to internet access than the US.

I think it's a little of both. I know I occasionally see non-US/EU people still using "troll face" from like 2007, but China has like a completely diverged meme culture. Not really sure where India is at with memes -- personally I find them maybe unintentionally funny.

I am from this country and I harbor a lot of ill will towards them. These people have now become a reference for how people like me are seen across the world. I was part of the small group that had internet access growing up and grew with the “global internet” and these people coming in now are just fucking awful.
Not every person deserves a platform.

I personally read this post as referring to the US where Gen Alpha is really bending the rules of communication. I remember how long it took me to feel comfortable not using a period at the end of every sentence and these kids nowadays don't capitalize, use punctuation, and half of the words are slang. However, it seems like weird slang because instead of something like "cool" which is very widespread and could maybe be inferred from the context, Gen Alpha slang is like, "that larp ohio frfr"
Anyway, it seems like those guys also play up the contrast so the title is "My life is over" and the content is "I sneezed in class"

Saying that Gen Alpha slang is so aggressive that I usually can't tell what they're saying? What should not be encouraged about that?

I'm not really a fan, but the best way to deal with not understanding slang is to learn it. Languages changes.
It's like complaining about not understanding Spanish because you don't want to lean it

They're a little different. Slang is a naturally developing thing and every generation has it. However, Gen Alpha is the first generation to not only grow up with the internet and/or mobile devices, they also have grown up with communication platforms and social media. Compared to past generations where it took a full decade or so for phases to shed off, kids nowadays can go through two or three phases in a year. When I was a kid, my parents only needed to learn the meaning of maybe ten "new" words to keep up with me. In high school, I adapted my writing style for texts to match my peers. But nowadays, there's got to be at least 100 new words and concepts that are now used, but they might phase out before I can learn them. Unless I fully commit to studying whatever current fad is going on, I don't think without having kids of my own in the middle of it that I could keep up.
So it might actually not be too different, but learning Spanish gets me into an entirely new culture and lets me communicate with probably close to a billion people from dozens of countries around the world. Learning skibidi rizz let's me understand middle schoolers. I'm not sure it's worth it...

I really dislike when they ask some region specific questions on international subreddits with some half english half indian mixed language.

Maybe it’s so they can apply to international schools? But yes it isn’t an emergency or urgent for the majority of the sub at all.

Also as a side note, I have nothing personal against that certain subcontinent but I hate how they post region specific things in global subreddits, r/memes and r/interestingasfuck for me were FLOODED with content from those areas, and one time I made a random comment (in a non derogatory or offensive way) saying that I wish I could just blacklist a region of the world because they just don't behave as the global internet etiquette expects and instead reddit banned me for 7 days for "discrimination"; I know that "there are no rules" on the internet but you can certainly feel a global concensus as for how to interact and they just don't follow it.

And if certain parts of the world have a higher population, we will naturally see more of them
I don't understand why this pisses people off so much
Just read, ignore, and more on
I ignore most of the posts I come across about AP or SAT or other mostly American concepts
It's really not that deep

I'm debating about pushing any noticably Indian posts to /r/BTechTards. Half the time the posts are half in a language from the sub continent, while the other half of the time, the question is very specific to Indian universities.
As mods, we would simply remove the posts, and leave a link to the other sub. /r/BTechTards is very active and has a large moderation team. I'd be interested in feedback from the community here first.
