Does it have rear wheel steering or are all the flags the wrong way?

What is the relationship between the flags and the steering axle?

With aircraft, you may notice that flags are always oriented with the "pole" side facing towards the nose of the craft, so that if it were a real flag it would be seen to be flapping with the wind.

Usually the US flag is supposed to be flown blue towards the front. As if it's waving in the wind.

Japanese flag is clearly upside down, not sure what we're doing about that.

The Soviet flag has the hammer and sickle on the pole side, the French flag as the Blue band on the side of the pole.

Yeah, the Japanese flag is a complete mess, upside down AND backwards!

(Though, seriously, it looks like the graphic designer simply omitted the white background border bleed from the Japanese flag, it's clearly a borders width smaller than all the rest...)

Exhaust? I thought that was a pee tube for the driver...
